The Florida Atlantic University College of Engineering invites business and industry to partner in its exciting new STEP program, a collaborative effort on student and workforce development.

We need your assistance in providing experiences that increase student understanding of workplace needs and help prepare them for successful placement upon graduation. In return, you will have excellent opportunities to build relationships with a group of accomplished and dedicated students. As a participant in an NSF research project, you will be showcased nationally as a leader in development of new and innovative methods of workforce development.

Student internships are a particular need. But there are many other ways to help. Be creative; lend us your ideas and support.
