1: Of the students who enter a cohort group, retain 90% in the project
and in their studies of engineering and computer science through graduation
or through the end of their project phase, whichever comes first.

2: For students retained in the project, achieve an 80% graduation
rate by the end of their project phase and 100% graduation rate by the
end of the following Fall semester.

3: Achieve a rating of "Above Average" on 75% of intern employer
surveys of student workforce "readiness".
