2013 Middle School Summer Engineering Technology Program
FAU’s Summer Engineering Technology Program is open to high-achieving students who are entering 7th thru 9th grade as of fall 2013. Students will learn how to think critically in a fun and academically stimulating environment. Students can choose from the following six courses. Note that only one course per week per student may be selected as they are held at the same times.

Program Details
Times: Monday thru Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Location: FAU Boca Raton Campus, Engineering East Lobby, 777 Glades Road, Boca Raton, FL 33431
Registration Fee: $210 per course, shirt included.
FAU employees receive a 20% discount by entering the promo code "FAUDEAL" when registering their child (employment verification required to receive the discount).
No refunds unless a course is cancelled.
Note that lunch is not included – students may bring lunch or eat in the university cafeteria.
Requirements: Minimum GPA of 3.0 and a recommendation form from student's school guidance counselor.
Deadline to Apply: May 31
Space is limited to 24 students per class.
Registration fee due upon acceptance into the program.
